[Remote] Junior Legal Recruitment Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GPS Advisory is a boutique legal search firm focusing on Private Capital, Funds and Secondaries lawyer placements. They are seeking a Junior Legal Recruitment Assistant to support daily operations, candidate outreach, and manage databases.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with candidate and client outreach and supporting the founder with the preparation of candidate materials including cover pages, resumes and profiles
- Helping manage and organize the candidate and client database
- Assisting with LinkedIn, basic website and social media content, including drafting posts, scheduling and basic engagement tracking
- Light research on firms, market moves, lateral activity and compensation trends
- General administrative support as needed
Skills
- Currently enrolled in a JD program or business degree, ideally with an interest in transactional law, private equity or funds
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Genuine curiosity about the legal market and BigLaw
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic content creation is a plus
