[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with IT Leadership in attracting and hiring top IT talent, managing the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Source through Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter for open IT positions
- Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Prescreen candidates to determine potential fit and educate about the company, role and team
- Work as a strategic partner to IT leaders regarding job descriptions, interview process and offer details
- Monitor and maintain data records and spreadsheets tracking open and filled roles
Skills
- 3+ years of experience recruiting technical positions (engineers, technical architects, application developers etc.) is a must
- Experience running full recruitment processes including sourcing, prescreening, negotiating offers, onboarding etc
- Managing hiring manager requirements and relationships while also creating a positive candidate experience
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Phenom or similar
- Organizational and time management skills along with a high attention to detail
