[Remote] Procurement Consultant

The Procurement Consultant role focuses on leading transformation initiatives across procurement and supply chain workflows for Fortune 1000 organizations, utilizing AI-driven operating models to modernize core processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, decomposition, and transformation initiatives across procurement and supply chain workflows
• Define future-state processes and operational best practices aligned with AI-enabled automation strategies
• Assess enterprise process maturity, data quality, workflow gaps, and AI readiness
• Collaborate with AI engineering and product teams to operationalize agentic AI workflows within procurement and supply chain functions
• Lead change management, user adoption, and organizational transition activities
• Engage directly with client leadership teams to drive transformation roadmaps and measurable business outcomes

Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or supply chain advisory/consulting roles
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms and enterprise procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, S4/HANA, Oracle, Coupa, and JAGGAER
• Demonstrated experience in process consulting, workflow transformation, process mining/discovery, and enterprise data assessment initiatives
• Experience advising procurement or supply chain organizations within large manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or energy companies is strongly preferred
• Hands on work experience in business process management (BPM), digital transformation programs, and AI-enabled enterprise transformation initiatives
• Strong ownership mindset with a high standard for quality, accountability, and execution. Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Proficient in extracting datasets from Ariba or other p2p software through Ariba reporting, low code ETL tools, as well as custom scripts
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel 50–75% based on client needs
