They are searching for multiple Senior AI Engineers to lead the evolution of their decision intelligence systems, applying advanced AI techniques to turn unstructured datasets into high-utility intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of decision intelligence systems
• Apply advanced LLMs, vector retrieval, and AWS-native AI tools
• Turn massive and unstructured datasets into reliable, repeatable, high-utility intelligence
• Work closely with product teams to understand real customer use cases
• Normalize and unify data from multiple sources
• Design decision-support engines that eliminate hallucinations, maintain cost efficiency, and power operational transformation
• Focus on RAG, DMS systems, continuous learning, agentic development, knowledge graphs, and agentic validation/evaluations

Skills

• Experience developing an AI product at a similar or larger scale
• Experience applying advanced LLMs, vector retrieval, and AWS-native AI tools
• Ability to turn massive and unstructured datasets into reliable, repeatable, high-utility intelligence
• Experience working closely with product teams to understand real customer use cases
• Ability to normalize and unify data from multiple sources
