[Remote] HR Operations Transformation Consultant

The HR Operations Transformation Consultant is a senior level hands-on operator accountable for delivering measurable improvements in HR operations performance within a defined timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Standardizing, clearly documented HR processes across all regions
- Reducing manual work and duplicate effort through automation
- Defining global HR service delivery model with clear ownership across HR Ops, TA Ops, and HRIS
- Improving data accuracy and system reliability in Workday and integrated platforms
- Creating reductions in cycle times and process errors
- Improving employee and manager experience across core HR transactions
- Collaborating within HR Operations team closely partnering with all support functions (G&A)
- Operating as program lead for HR operations transformation
Skills
- 10–15+ years in HR Operations and/or HR Transformation
- Proven track record delivering (not advising on) large-scale HR transformation
- Deep expertise in Workday and HR data architecture
- Experience redesigning global HR operating models and shared services
- Background in complex, multi-region environments
- Experience in PE-backed or high-change environments strongly preferred
