[Remote] AI Engineer

In this role, you will develop and maintain production-grade AI/ML systems, contribute to strategic technical initiatives, and collaborate with various teams to integrate AI features into products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI/ML services that deliver measurable value to users
• Evaluate, experiment, and iterate on LLM and traditional ML models, including context engineering and agent workflows
• Monitor and maintain production models, ensuring optimal performance
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to integrate AI features into customer-facing products
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML developments and incorporate best practices into solutions
• Provide strategic input on technical AI/ML initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts

Skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of software industry experience
• Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and model evaluation
• Proven experience with production AI/ML models
• Ability to develop and maintain high-quality Python code
• Experience creating LLM-powered services and features
• Desire and aptitude for learning new AI/ML techniques and tools
• Familiarity with end-to-end AI/ML processes such as deployment and maintenance at scale
• Experience with AWS AI/ML stack
• Document processing with LLMs
• Mentoring teammates
• Working with multiple LLM models and tools
