Skills
- 3–6 years of UX/Product Design (B2B SaaS)
- Experience designing for compliance/regulation-driven products
- Recent hands-on use of Claude in the design workflow
- Product/UX design experience in construction or related subcontracting industries
- Experience in fast-paced, small-to-mid sized companies
- Strong user research skills (interviews, testing, personas, journey mapping)
