[Remote] Staff Product Designer

They are seeking a Staff Product Designer to take ownership of UX architecture and strategy, working closely with engineers and contributing to the evolution of their products.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of UX architecture and strategy
- Shape how the product evolves
- Communicate with engineers as a peer rather than a hand-off partner
Skills
- 10+ years of product design experience, end-to-end ownership of complex digital products
- Strong UX strategy and systems thinking — ecosystem view, not just individual screens
- Technical literacy: Git, developer workflows, design-to-code handoff
- Strong cross-functional communication
- E-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or gaming background is a strong advantage
- Genuine curiosity about games and player purchasing behaviour
