[Remote] Remote ABA Recruiter

They are seeking an experienced Remote ABA Recruiter to identify, engage, and place top ABA talent, while building relationships with clinicians and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit BCBAs, RBTs, and other ABA professionals using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs
• Build and maintain relationships with ABA professionals, understanding their career goals and preferences
• Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture
• Manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate recruitment records
• Promote job opportunities, explain benefits, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Stay up-to-date on ABA industry trends, workforce needs, and certification requirements

Skills

• Proven experience recruiting in the ABA industry (RBTs, BCBAs, or related roles)
• Strong understanding of ABA roles, certifications, and career paths
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Experience recruiting healthcare or clinical professionals
• Knowledge of remote recruiting best practices
• Experience with social media sourcing strategies
