[Remote] Infrastructure Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager (Contract)

Elan Partners is seeking an Infrastructure Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager to support a large-scale network infrastructure initiative. This role focuses on coordinating activities related to Cisco hardware lifecycle management and vulnerability remediation within a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities for network infrastructure upgrades and remediation
- Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between infrastructure, network engineering, and business stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance windows, implementation activities, and status meetings
- Maintain project documentation, action items, risk logs, and project reporting
- Assist with change management processes and implementation tracking
- Monitor progress against critical October remediation deadlines
- Escalate risks, blockers, and resource constraints as needed
- Support multiple workstreams across a large enterprise infrastructure

- Familiarity with infrastructure environments
