[Remote] Digital Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CGI Digital is focused on providing impactful digital marketing solutions for small and local businesses. The Digital Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and translating insights into actionable strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients
• Build meaningful, consultative relationships rooted in trust
• Translate analytics and performance insights into clear, actionable next steps
• Guide clients through SEO and search visibility strategies that drive growth
• Identify opportunities to expand solutions that genuinely help their business
• Partner with your Account Executive and Digital Media team to ensure clients feel supported and informed

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in agency, account management, or client-facing digital marketing
• Experience working directly with small or local businesses
• Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and search fundamentals
• Confidence explaining performance metrics and optimization opportunities in simple terms
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• A genuine desire to make a difference for every client you serve
