[Remote] AI Enigneer (Copilot)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Perfict is a company focused on AI solutions, and they are seeking an AI Engineer (Copilot) to build and support Copilot agents. The role involves developing Power Platform components, creating proofs of concept for AI use cases, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
• Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
• Work hands‑on with Azure foundations supporting agents
• Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
• Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
• Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical teams
• Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
• Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post‑launch
• Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
• Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
• Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting
• Hands‑on Azure experience
• Chatbot build experience with real examples
• Support & troubleshooting mindset
• Ability to be hands‑on (“worker bee”)
