[Remote] Human Resource Generalist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Allied OneSource is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to provide administrative support across Human Resources. This role focuses on execution and coordination of HR responsibilities, ensuring a positive employee experience and managing daily HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle HR Support: Manage daily HR operations, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace culture
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws; support audits and payroll reporting requirements
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including facilitating orientation and managing documentation
- Onboarding & Administration: Coordinate new hire onboarding, system setup, salary updates, performance review administration, and training records in partnership with the parent People Operations team
Skills
- 3–5+ years of hands-on, HR Generalist experience
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, Workday, SAP, or similar
- Strong Excel skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with employees at all levels of the organization
- Highly detail-oriented, discreet, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Payroll support experience
