[Remote] Director of Go-to-Market (GTM)

Integrated Solutions for Benefits & Insurance Services is seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) to accelerate growth through top-of-funnel demand generation efforts. This cross-functional role involves leveraging AI tools and technology platforms to identify target accounts, build campaigns, and create scalable processes to support the company's growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies designed to generate qualified pipeline opportunities
- Use AI-powered tools and prospecting databases to identify and prioritize target accounts and contacts
- Build, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns across multiple channels
- Partner closely with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth handoffs
- Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, reporting, and workflow processes
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on key metrics and insights
- Experiment with new technologies, messaging approaches, and demand generation tactics to drive growth
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in demand generation, business development, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market role
- Experience building prospect lists and executing outbound campaigns
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve prospecting, campaign execution, or workflow efficiency
- Social media marketing experience, including LinkedIn campaign execution
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Exposure to the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits industries
- Experience within the self-funded healthcare ecosystem, including working with brokers, TPAs, carriers, MGUs, consultants, or employer groups
- Existing relationships and professional networks across brokers, TPAs, employer groups, carriers, MGUs, or other key stakeholders within the self-funded market
