[Remote] XTN-BB95838 | MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Illumio is a pioneer and market leader in Zero Trust segmentation, focused on preventing breaches from becoming cyber disasters. They are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to assist with daily campaign operations and reporting within their Marketing Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process inbound requests within Asana
• Assist the Marketing Automation Manager with Marketo list imports, campaign builds and reviews, program execution, and database reporting
• Communicate with request stakeholders on ticket status and clarification
• Use other marketing ops tools, like Salesforce CRM (SFDC), ZoomInfo to create or enrich records, Zoom for Webinars, etc
• Meet regularly with the Marketing Automation Manager to review requests and remove roadblocks
• Document processes and assist teammates with system processes

Skills

• 2 years of B2B marketing operations or automation experience
• Marketo and Salesforce experience. Certifications are a plus
• Be a self-starter. Be curious. Have the drive to build and optimize
• Communicate clearly and often to ensure leadership and colleagues are kept aware of relevant issues or updates
• Ability to conceptualize, plan, and document effectively
• Proactive and driven to solve problems and find innovative solutions
• Able to work in the US Eastern time zone from 9 am to 5 pm
