[Remote] Product Manager II

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager II to join their client's dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and management of innovative products, working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate to improve business outcomes
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies
• Serve as a product evangelist; communicate product vision to stakeholders at all levels

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 4-6 years experience in digital / health tech product management or related roles
• Proven track record in managing full product lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
• MBA
• Nephrology or renal care experience
• Experience with Twilio or enterprise messaging products
