[Remote] ServiceNow Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Russell Tobin is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager for a Global Tech company. The role involves developing project plans, managing risks and dependencies, and providing advisory input on delivery structure and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping for assigned engagements
• Establish and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Facilitate governance cadences, including status reviews, milestone checkpoints, and go-live readiness reviews
• Provide structured reporting aligned to agreed delivery milestones
• Provide independent advisory input regarding delivery structure, sequencing, and risk management
• Leverage prior ServiceNow implementation experience to assess delivery feasibility and alignment with platform best practices

Skills

• 4-8 years of experience managing enterprise technology implementation projects
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting ServiceNow implementations
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow delivery methodologies (e.g., Now Create)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners
• Strong risk management and governance capabilities
• Ability to operate independently and manage defined project engagements concurrently
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
• Experience working with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred
