Flowtec Construction is a globally recognized General Contractor headquartered in Chicago, seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team. The role involves leading complex ground-up projects, managing project teams, budgets, and schedules, while collaborating closely with internal design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex ground-up projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Coordinate closely with internal construction, architecture, and engineering teams
- Oversee Project Managers and support their professional development
- Drive project execution, profitability, and overall client satisfaction
- Provide leadership across multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- 10+ years of experience with a General Contractor
- Strong ground-up construction experience
- Experience managing projects valued at $75M+
- Prior experience leading and mentoring Project Managers
- Strong financial management, scheduling, and client-facing skills
