[Remote] Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS / CI/CD / Platform Engineering) | Contract

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wise Integration is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform within the Customer Area. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform within the Customer Area
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure the reliability of customer-facing systems
• Work closely with platform teams and stakeholders
• Support production environments
• Contribute to DevOps best practices and standards across the organization

Skills

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt)
• Experience working with cloud environments (IaaS)
• Solid troubleshooting skills in production environments
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
• Ability to work independently in regulated environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Kubernetes and observability tooling
• Experience with Amazon Connect
• Background in CRM or Contact Center platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
