[Remote] Clinical Operations Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ClinLab Solutions Group is partnering with a growing clinical technology company that develops a platform for electronic clinical outcome assessment and real-time digital data collection in clinical trials. The Clinical Operations Project Manager will guide clinical studies, manage timelines and documentation, and support the implementation of a proprietary eCOA data-capture platform while ensuring compliance and effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary in-house point of contact for sites, CRAs, and clients throughout the study lifecycle
- Interface with client representatives and internal project teams across one or more concurrent projects
- Manage study activities from start-up through close-out including timelines, documentation, tracking, and archiving
- Prepare and distribute project correspondence including agendas, meeting minutes, tracking spreadsheets, and newsletters
- Plan, organize, and execute project meetings including kick-off meetings, internal team meetings, and client meetings
- Conduct trainings with sites and end users on platform application demonstrations, user account setup, device configuration, and portal/dashboard access
- Support implementation and maintenance of eCOA and digital data-capture systems
- Maintain and update project-related data in clinical databases, contacting internal team members to gather and verify information
- Execute and distribute reports from various clinical systems
- Review essential and non-essential documents from sites to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Track and file study documents throughout the project and support audit preparation and archiving
- Coordinate translation of project documents, serving as primary contact with translation vendors
- Mentor Clinical Project Associates as requested
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the clinical operations function
- Provide other project support to functional teams as directed by leadership
Skills
- 2+ years of relevant clinical research or project management experience
- Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA, and applicable healthcare regulations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with web-based platforms, portals, and digital tools; ability to learn and support new clinical technology quickly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Degree in a related field of study
- ECOA platform experience strongly preferred
