[Remote] Human Resources Intern (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MEM Insurance is seeking an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, people-first environment. This internship offers meaningful exposure to HR operations, systems implementation, and employee support while contributing to initiatives that directly impact our employees and business.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Paylocity system by serving as a project coordinator, partnering closely with the Project Manager and HR team members to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through
- Serve as a front-line point of contact for employee and customer inquiries, delivering responsive and professional service
- Assist with the coordination and maintenance of employee certification programs
- Support employee recognition and rewards initiatives, including preparation and tracking of program updates
- Assist with management updates and internal communications, including WHAM publishing and related content support
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing HR initiatives and special projects as assigned
Skills
- Pursuing education in Human Resources or a related field
