Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nexus IT Group is a rapidly growing technology organization seeking a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter. This role focuses on hiring high-caliber engineering talent and supporting recruiting efforts across business and operational functions, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business-critical roles
- Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality engineering candidates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities
- Communicate complex technical opportunities in a compelling and accessible way
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting as the company scales
- Provide market insights related to compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to internal stakeholders
Skills
- 3–7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house
- Demonstrated success hiring software and technical talent
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and outbound recruiting strategies
- Ability to understand technical roles and communicate effectively with engineering candidates
- Proven track record of building candidate pipelines and closing hires
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness

- Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
