[Remote] Director Financial Planning and Analysis

This role involves overseeing financial planning and reporting, managing cash flow, and supporting executive decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s finance function
- Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cash management, and internal controls
- Developing budgets and financial models
- Managing month-end close processes
- Strengthening financial operations and controls
- Supporting executive decision-making through data-driven insights
- Leading financial preparation for fundraising and investor relations activities
- Partnering closely with senior leadership on commercial strategy, operational planning, and business growth initiatives
Skills
- Experience within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
- Strong FP&A and modeling expertise
- Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to executives, boards, and investors
- Experience with Venture backed companies and raising a Series B or Acquisition
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Experience in the entertainment or sports industry
