[Remote] Clinical Business Analyst – Ambulatory
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SereneAid is seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst – Ambulatory to support a large-scale Clinical Information Solution implementation initiative in New Brunswick. This role will serve as a key subject matter expert responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing ambulatory care workflows within a province-wide Electronic Health Record transformation program.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for ambulatory care workflows
- Conduct current-state and future-state workflow assessments and gap analyses
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals
- Develop process maps, business requirements documents, use cases, user stories, and training materials
- Support the design, validation, and testing of clinical content
Skills
- University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst focused on ambulatory care
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with acute care EHR/CIS systems supporting ambulatory healthcare operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience participating in Health Information System (HIS) or Clinical Information System (CIS) implementation projects
- Strong experience in: Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis, Workshop Facilitation, Use Case Development, Clinical Workflow Design, Documentation and Process Mapping

- Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience using Atlassian JIRA
- Previous experience within public healthcare organizations, health authorities, or government healthcare programs
