[Remote] Vice President of Product Management
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. i-Pharm Consulting is a leading healthcare data and analytics organization seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy and growth of their real-world data platform. This role will involve defining product strategy, driving growth in life sciences, and leading platform innovation while enhancing product execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for a leading real-world data platform
- Bring a strong POV on the future of RWD & RWE
- Position the product in an increasingly competitive, multi-data ecosystem
- Expand adoption across pharma and biotech customers
- Identify new use cases in HEOR, clinical research, and commercial analytics
- Partner with commercial teams to unlock new revenue streams
- Evolve the product from a data asset into a platform experience
- Drive capabilities such as:
- AI-powered analytics and cohort tools
- Modern data delivery and UX layers
- Integration with external data sources (EHR, lab, etc.)
- Enhance product management practices and operating model
- Strengthen collaboration across product, engineering, and commercial teams
- Drive a more data-driven and scalable approach to product development
Skills
- Strong background in real-world evidence / real-world data
- Experience working with claims data (essential)
- 10+ years in product management, including leadership roles
- Experience building or scaling data platforms, analytics products, or SaaS solutions
- Track record of evolving established data products into modern platforms
- Ability to link product strategy to growth, revenue, and market positioning
- Experience working with enterprise life sciences customers
- Strong external credibility in the healthcare data space
- Familiarity with modern data architectures and cloud ecosystems
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics or data products
- Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
- Broader datasets such as EHR or lab data
