[Remote] Founding Growth Lead, Anomaly Health
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forum Ventures is backing Anomaly Health, a company focused on personal health intelligence that integrates various health signals for better decision-making. The Founding Growth Lead will be responsible for driving growth through partnerships, influencer relationships, content creation, and member engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partnerships & channels - Embed Anomaly in the health experiences our members are already in
- Creator & influencer - Identify the right longevity, optimization, and health creators, build real relationships, and set up programs where attribution actually tracks
- Content & community - a content engine that compounds, and a real presence on the channels our people actually use
- Lifecycle & automation - build the activation, nurture, and win-back motions that turn interest into committed members
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in growth, performance marketing, or early GTM
- Experience building consumer brands or wellness products, ideally as a first or very early founding member of the team
- Experience running creator or influencer programs with real relationships and tracked attribution
- Genuine interest in wearables, diagnostics, and proactive medicine
- Ability to run experiments before writing decks
- Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity and a lean budget
- Skilled storyteller and excellent communicator
