[Remote] Director, Operations Learning Process Enablement

They are seeking a strategic-minded Director of Operations Learning Process Enablement to automate processes, improve learning experiences, and oversee learning content governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end learning delivery processes to standardize workflows and increase efficiency
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and enablement toolkits for content development and deployment
• Lead initiatives to improve the usability and accessibility of learning experiences via LMS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert complex processes into learner-ready workflows
• Design and oversee learning content and systems governance policies
• Monitor and report on training creation, engagement, and user feedback
• Oversee planning and execution of cross-functional learning enablement projects

Skills

• 5 years of experience in learning operations, process management, or project management within a matrixed organization
• Strong track record in building scalable governance frameworks and optimizing learning systems
• Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Articulate 360, and project management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder facilitation, and change management skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with LMS platforms like LearnUpon
• Knowledgeable in content authoring tools with AI integrations
