[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gynger is a cash flow management platform focused on providing embedded financing solutions for B2B technology vendors. They are seeking an Account Executive with Fintech or B2B SaaS experience to develop targeted account strategies and drive sales growth by managing the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted account strategies within our ICP, identifying high value prospects and creating entry points to break into and expand strategic accounts
- Generate and qualify pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting, building a consistent to of funnel motion across multi channel outreach to generate predictable, sustained growth
- Run consultative, insight-led sales cycles, applying your command of the fintech and B2B SaaS landscape to translate Gynger's platform into measurable financial and operational outcomes for CFOs, finance and revenue operations teams and technology buyers
- Own your quota and contribute meaningfully to company wide growth targets
- Close the loop with marketing and product, sharing field insights that sharpen our positioning, messaging, and roadmap
- Lead by example, setting the pace for the broader GTM team as we scale
Skills
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, or 1+ year as an SDR/BDR ready to move into a closing role
- A proven track record of independently sourcing, managing, and closing deals and exceeding quota at a high growth company
- Experience selling to finance professionals, revenue operations or prior experience at a fintech company
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the resourcefulness to build processes where none exists
- A hunter's mindset: curious, competitive, coachable, and energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up
