[Remote] Senior Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pine Services Group is a consulting firm specializing in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. They are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead Sage Intacct Construction implementations, provide client support, and mentor junior consultants while maintaining high billable utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Sage Intacct Construction implementations and module add-ons with minimal oversight
• Provide timely client support — resolving or escalating support cases within 24 hours
• Maintain at least 70% billable utilization by efficiently managing time and client expectations
• Offer strategic insights to clients on new functionality, helping them plan for the future
• Document activities clearly and thoroughly on timecards to avoid billing disputes
• Mentor and guide junior consultants through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support
• Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow consultants to ensure accurate project plans and timely task completion
• Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain advanced certification in key Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including project implementation and support
• Advanced certification in CRE and SCM
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment
• Accounting experience in the construction field
• Experience in mid-sized to enterprise-level consulting firms
• Project management certification or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with publisher escalation processes
