[Remote] Recruiter- Part-Time

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Recruiter to support their hiring efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, and close collaboration with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers through alignment calls to define role requirements and hiring needs
- Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to review and manage candidate applications (training provided)
- Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate candidate communications, including interview scheduling and updates
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Develop and present candidate shortlists with detailed notes to hiring managers
- Actively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
Skills
- 1-2+ years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience sourcing candidates via job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
