[Remote] Human Resources Senior Associate - Recruiting

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting to offer
- Draft, edit, and publish compelling job descriptions
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview processes
- Develop structured interview processes and evaluation criteria
- Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. based recruiting
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience recruiting for customer support, operations, marketing, engineering, and finance
- Masters in human resources or organizational management
