[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter role involves sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions
- Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client’s needs and expectations
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences
- Facilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design action plans to lead to hires
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate
- Adhere to the staffing processes established
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
- Ability to work in a fast paced; process-oriented environment
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
- Heavy client services responsibilities including managing daily. information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction
- Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing
Skills
- Minimum of 1-year full cycle recruitment experience in either a corporate or RPO environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Driven by creating the best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
- Strong partnership and consultative skills
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
- Extreme sense of urgency and excellent customer service delivery
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience filling high volume (non-Exempt) and/or niche hard-to-fill (Exempt) positions
- Experience with OFCCP
