[Remote] YouTube Social Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Sage Group's Client is seeking a YouTube Social Marketing Manager. The role involves managing daily operations and content scheduling for YouTube and YouTubeTV, while also tracking Gen Z trends and coordinating with external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, publishing, and scheduling of all approved content across @YouTube and @YouTubeTV social handles to maintain a consistent, high-frequency cadence
- Serve as the daily workflow coordinator within Sprinklr, managing the complex content calendar and navigating scheduling challenges across global time zones
- Act as the daily point of contact for external agencies, organizing feedback loops, monitoring evergreen project inventory, and ensuring deliverables meet shifting goals and experimentation limits
- Actively track and apply Gen Z trends, culture, and platform behaviors to daily content scheduling, supporting both Core YouTube initiatives and YouTube TV
- Hands-on execution and maintenance of weekly content schedules via Sprinklr, detailing exact publishing times and asset allocation
- Routine pre-scheduling of finalized social copy, metadata, and creative assets, ensuring all materials align strictly with approved creative briefs before going live
- Weekly contribution to analytics summaries by tracking Positive Engagement metrics (likes, comments, reposts), views, and utilizing sentiment filtering tools
