[Remote] Director Field Operations

The Director of Field Operations will oversee the Field Operations group, ensuring exemplary customer service and continuous improvement in service practices while leveraging corporate resources to maximize effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Field Operations activities across major geographies and operational areas
• Drives and directs the largest teams or teams with the most complex and highly visible customers
• Monitors performance metrics, including for service delivery and revenue / retention impact, identifying and resolving systemic and other significant issues
• Defines and develops continuous improvement of customer engagement and service support practices
• Provides customer, business and industry insight to resolve major situations with potentially significant service-level impact
• Leverages all corporate resources, services and product offerings to increase share and maximize product / service effectiveness

Skills

• 10+ years' experience
• BS / BA Degree
• Individuals hired into DOT regulated positions must be able to meet and maintain the requirements under the Company's DOT program, including successfully complete and pass a road test examination, driver's record safety review, drug testing, DOT physical, and past employer safety performance history
• Required to sit, use hands, talk and hear
• May be required to lift up to ten pounds
• Required to use close and color vision and to adjust focus
