[Remote] Practice Management Consultant

As a Practice Management Consultant, you will serve as a thought leader and strategic coach to wealth advisors, focusing on enhancing their communication skills and client experiences through storytelling and training programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead advisor coaching and training programs centered on storytelling, consultative conversations, and relationship-building
- Facilitate engaging training using role play, simulations, and case studies to build advisor communication and presentation skills
- Coach advisors individually and in groups to enhance client meeting impact, discovery conversations, and business development effectiveness
- Develop scalable coaching tools utilizing AI technology for performance assessment and personalized feedback
- Create training resources, playbooks, and conversation frameworks that promote consistent, effective storytelling across the firm
- Deliver in-person and virtual training workshops for advisors at all experience levels
- Help advisors clearly and persuasively communicate complex financial topics in client-friendly ways
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify advisor development needs and implement targeted training solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 7 years' financial services or wealth management experience
- CFP® preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, and Nitrogen preferred
