• Lead in-depth professional discovery conversations and strategic assessments to determine executive alignment and readiness (training and systems provided)
• Facilitate the integration of new leaders, providing advanced strategic support and access to our global leadership development network
• Participate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with a diverse international team of experienced professionals

Skills

• 7+ years of senior-level professional experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, leadership development, or people-focused roles
• A strong history of leadership and strategic responsibility with the ability to manage your own performance
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations
• A self-motivated 'Big Thinker' seeking autonomy, flexibility, and a direct link between effort and outcomes
