[Remote] Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Solution Architect

They are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Cloud Solution Architect to design and implement solutions for banking and lending clients, leveraging Salesforce's FSC platform and nCino expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive FSC solutions that address complex business requirements for banking and lending clients
• Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops to understand client needs and translate them into actionable user stories
• Oversee the implementation of FSC solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines
• Leverage your prior banking and lending experience or extensive project delivery experience in the banking and lending sectors to understand and address client needs
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of standard banking and lending processes, regulations, and industry trends
• Act as a subject matter expert on FSC for banking and lending preferred practices within the financial services domain
• Possess a deep understanding of the FSC data model and its application in various banking and lending scenarios
• Design and implement data models that support complex client requirements
• Ensure data integrity and security within the FSC environment
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Effectively communicate project status and risks to clients and internal teams
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure successful solution deployment
• Consistent and timely delivery of high-quality billable work for clients in the financial services vertical
• Lead and enable a team to deliver an FSC project, as well as the ability to be ‘hands on’, helping with configuration and customization as needed (for POCs or otherwise)

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, with a significant focus on FSC & nCino
• Proven track record of leading and delivering multiple successful FSC & nCino implementations
• Active Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
• NCino Platform Certification
• Comprehensive grasp of consumer lending practices, including but not limited to: Origination, Underwriting, Loan Processing
• Deep understanding of both the FSC & nCino data models and the application within the banking sector
• Strong understanding of core banking and lending processes, relevant regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong understanding of data migration and integration concepts within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into well-defined technical solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Data migration experience
• OmniStudio experience
