[Remote] Product Manager

They are seeking a strategic and user-centric Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of their construction-focused CRM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize features.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the construction CRM platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements
• Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Oversee integrations with third-party tools commonly used in the construction industry, such as estimating software and project management tools
• Ensure the product complies with industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy

Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with SaaS products in the construction or related industries
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and integration platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of construction industry workflows and challenges
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms
