[Remote] Change Project Manager

Leadenhall Search & Selection is a global consultancy in the financial services industry seeking a Change Project Manager to join their Operations team. The role involves leading a variety of business transformation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and support long-term strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver a range of business transformation, operational change, technology, and acquisition integration projects
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and governance materials to ensure successful delivery
- Partner with senior business and operational stakeholders to assess, implement, and embed change across the organisation
- Identify and mitigate project risks, challenges, and barriers while driving stakeholder engagement and adoption
- Monitor project progress, measure outcomes, and support continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice development
Skills
- MUST engage with c-suite executives and senior stakeholders regularly
- MUST have end-to-end project management experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a change management, consulting, transformation, and project management, particularly in operational change
- Proven experience in leading and delivering operational change, including acquisition integration, IT implementations, Business Change and Operational Implementation projects as a project or program manager
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and practical applications
- Proven ability to maintain relationships across levels, think long-term, develop new strategies, and identify opportunities for business growth
