[Remote] Federal Project Manager- (Salesforce Federal Delivery)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thunder is a company focused on delivering Salesforce solutions within Federal environments that require an active security clearance. The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in managing project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce Federal project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment
• Oversee Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and risk mitigation activities
• Track project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to Federal clients and internal leadership
• Ensure project documentation and deliverables comply with Federal standards, including security and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with architects, developers, BAs, and QA resources to ensure project success
• Proactively escalate risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies

Skills

• 5+ years of IT project management experience (preferably Salesforce)
• Experience managing projects in cleared Federal environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments
• US Citizenship and willingness to obtain clearance(s)
• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
