[Remote] Federal Project Manager- (Salesforce Federal Delivery)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thunder is a company focused on delivering Salesforce solutions within Federal environments that require an active security clearance. The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in managing project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce Federal project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cleared Federal stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment
- Oversee Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and risk mitigation activities
- Track project performance metrics and provide regular reporting to Federal clients and internal leadership
- Ensure project documentation and deliverables comply with Federal standards, including security and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with architects, developers, BAs, and QA resources to ensure project success
- Proactively escalate risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
Skills
- 5+ years of IT project management experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience managing projects in cleared Federal environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments
- US Citizenship and willingness to obtain clearance(s)
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
