[Remote] Account Executive/BDM - Software sales/SaaS (Remote in USA)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential Jobs is seeking a results-driven Account Executive/BDM to drive growth across B2B and D2E segments. This role is responsible for building and executing marketing and sales strategies, hunting new business opportunities, and establishing a competitive position in global compliance reporting markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans for new and existing opportunities
- Assess market size, growth potential, and target segments
- Analyze competitors and define positioning strategies
- Define product/service offerings and pricing strategy
- Establish distribution strategy (direct sales, channel partners, inside sales, etc.)
- Oversee development of product and sales collateral
- Lead website strategy and digital presence
- Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing roadmap
- Continuously monitor competitor performance, offerings, and go-to-market strategies
- Refine marketing and sales approach to protect and grow competitive advantage
- Develop structured new business hunting plans with defined revenue targets
- Own and manage growth budgets including headcount and marketing spend
- Track ROI across campaigns and sales initiatives
- Drive aggressive new customer acquisition across B2B and D2E segments through: Building, structuring, and leading marketing and sales teams
- Implementing pull strategies (SEO, website optimization, digital campaigns, webinars, conferences, seminars)
- Implementing push strategies (email campaigns, outbound prospecting, cold outreach)
- Developing strategic partnerships and alliances
- Nurture and grow newly acquired clients
- Ensure seamless transition to Client Retention team as per corporate policy
- Maintain strong early-stage customer relationships to maximize lifetime value
Skills
- 8 plus years of experience in marketing and business development, in fintech & regulatory tech
- Proven track record in hunting and closing enterprise deals
- Strong experience in digital marketing, SEO, and performance-driven campaigns
- Experience building and leading sales/marketing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with market intelligence capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and global exposure
