[Remote] Principal Business Development Executive

They are seeking a results-driven Principal Business Development Executive to own and grow large partner accounts, driving revenue through strong relationships and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow assigned large partner accounts with clear account plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, with a focus on executive-level engagement
- Develop and execute joint programs and promotions with partners, ensuring expected value and performance
- Monitor account performance, report regularly to senior leadership, and adjust tactics to align with strategic goals
- Provide partner and market input into product roadmaps to ensure we meet partner and market needs
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, market intelligence and share insights with internal teams
- Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline, and activity records in CRM tools
Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably managing large accounts or partners in a B2B2C model
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and own end-to-end business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Proven track record of executing strategies and delivering measurable results
- Solid financial acumen and ability to use key financial indicators in decision-making
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
