[Remote] Project Manager – Imaging

GE HealthCare is a leader in diagnostic imaging equipment, and they are seeking a Project Manager – Imaging to lead the successful installation and implementation of their products across customer sites. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and high customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of imaging equipment installations, from sales order review through customer handoff
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations
- Drive project planning, scheduling, and coordination across all phases of the installation lifecycle
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues that may impact timelines, cost, or customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact between GE HealthCare and the customer for all installation-related activities
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution
- Ensure successful customer onboarding and training in partnership with Application teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Service, Applications, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Coordinate resources and activities across internal and external stakeholders
- Align project execution with commercial commitments and operational capabilities
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, tools, and processes
- Drive productivity and efficiency throughout the installation process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of project management experience, or an associate degree with a minimum of five years of project management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to work from a home office and travel regularly, including overnight travel as required
- Valid driver's license
- Formal project management training or coursework
- Experience in construction, site planning, or working with building trades
- Experience managing large-scale projects with successful on-time delivery
- Customer-facing experience in clinical or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with GE HealthCare imaging products
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or MagicPlan
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Six Sigma certification or Lean experience
