[Remote] Civil Engineer EN-8.42

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Credence is a technology-driven company that supports mission-critical needs for defense and health federal organizations. They are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to develop and review project documentation, prepare engineering designs, and support facility modernization efforts at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and project documentation
• Prepare and review engineering designs, cost estimates, schedules, and technical analyses
• Support facility modernization, renovation, and construction efforts
• Perform technical reviews of contractor submittals, RFIs, and change requests
• Support project management planning and execution
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, site visits, and quality assurance activities
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders

Skills

• Clearance: Secret
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with facilities, infrastructure, or construction projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera, and RSMeans
