[Remote] Recruiting Sourcer (Contractor)

They are seeking Recruiting Sourcers to help grow their network of exceptional clinicians by building strong relationships and effectively sourcing talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal recruiters and clinical managers to define ideal candidate profiles for school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), School Psychologists (SP), and Occupational Therapists (OT) positions
- Leverage sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, licensure boards, resume databases, etc.) to proactively identify and engage top talent
- Build and nurture pipelines of both active and passive candidates
- Craft compelling outreach messages that align with Huddle Up’s mission and values
- Accurately track candidate progress using our ATS and internal sourcing trackers
- Stay informed on state-by-state licensure requirements and school hiring timelines
Skills
- 2+ years of experience sourcing licensed healthcare or education professionals, ideally school-based clinicians
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Handshake, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
- Familiarity with licensure, credentials, and school staffing is strongly preferred
