[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive will drive market expansion and manage relationships with major media companies, focusing on modernizing their workflows through cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive Market Expansion: Methodically build and accelerate a high-velocity sales pipeline, targeting legacy OTA broadcasters and cable networks to modernize their workflows via cloud-based systems and streaming implementations
- Bring Solutions: Partner with our Sales Engineering team to co-author bespoke, responsive solutions that solve complex business requirements and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for your clients
- Execute Strategic Cross-Sells: Collaborate with segment leaders and account managers to identify opportunities, introducing cutting-edge Amagi products to established partners
- Champion the Customer Lifecycle: Serve as the strategic bridge between onboarding, support, and engineering. You will ensure pre- and post-sale projects are flawlessly designed, rapidly implemented, and accurately reflected in commercial agreements
- Own the Revenue Narrative: Provide precise forecasting and strategic territory planning to the executive leadership team, operating with full autonomy over your sales cycle
Skills
- 5–10 years of proven success in news, broadcast, and streaming media technology sales (Business Development, Sales Engineering, or specialized Media Tech roles)
- A deep, obsessive curiosity regarding the media ecosystem, specifically cloud-native workflows (AWS, GCP, etc.) and the future of FAST/OTT delivery
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and C-level executives at major media organizations
- Highly organized and capable of managing complex, multi-variable deals in a high-stakes, fast-paced, global environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, AI productivity tools, and data analytics platforms
- A disciplined approach to prospecting, a strategic mindset for full-cycle sales, and a relentless drive to exceed revenue targets
