[Remote] Mechanical BIM Specialist/Job Captain/Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ENG is a BIM company specializing in hands-on, field-focused BIM services, and is seeking senior electrical BIM professionals to deliver complex projects for the US market. The role involves leading electrical BIM execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet client standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee electrical BIM execution across projects, ensuring models and deliverables are accurate, constructible, and aligned with client standards
• Act as a technical reference for electrical systems, codes, and best practices
• Coordinate internal teams (modelers and specialists) and interface with clients, contractors, and other trades
• Participate in project setup, scope definition, and execution strategy
• Drive QA/QC and constructability reviews, identifying clashes and design risks early
• Support and mentor team members, promoting technical autonomy and quality culture
• Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and BIM innovation
• Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership on scheduling, priorities, and resource planning

Skills

• Advanced English proficiency (absolutely mandatory)
• Strong background in Mechanical and Plumbing BIM / VDC for complex construction projects
• Proven experience leading or coordinating BIM teams or scopes
• Solid knowledge of construction standards, codes, and field practices
• Advanced hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination
• Strong communication skills, especially in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments
• Experience working on US-market projects is highly valued
