[Remote] Manager Regional PMO – FTTP/Fiber Projects

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager Regional PMO for their East/West Region to oversee fiber deployment projects. This role involves providing strategic leadership to project managers and contractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while serving as a liaison among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• The Regional Manager PMO for the west Region is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of fiber deployment projects across multiple markets
• This role provides strategic and operational leadership to a team of project managers and contractors, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget
• The Manager serves as a key liaison between Engineering, Construction, Network Operations, Finance, vendors, and regional leadership to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with regional build goals

• Vendor and Contractor Oversight
• Reporting and Performance Visibility

Skills

• 5 to 7 plus years of experience in fiber, telecom, or utility construction project management
• 2 to 4 plus years of people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of fiber construction (aerial, underground, MDU, splicing, testing)
• Project management tools and field operations platforms
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business etc
• PMP
