[Remote] Senior Silicon Validation Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Silicon Validation Engineer to validate GPUs and SOCs, working cross-functionally to influence product lines and contribute to the future of computing.

Responsibilities

• Validate the industry’s leading processors for deep learning, gaming, and high performance computing
• Understand the design and implementation and bridge your knowledge to bring-up and productization
• Manage the validation of chip features and lead debug of observations on Silicon
• Work multi-functionally with ASIC, SW, System, Characterization and ATE teams to accomplish your tasks

Skills

• BS or MS in EE, ECE, CS or equivalent experience with 10+ years of proven experience
• Good fundamentals in debugging methodologies and strong problem solving skills
• Exposure to post silicon bringup and validation, and familiarity with production flows
• Proven track record to work cross functionally and drive issues to closure
• Good interpersonal skills and ability & desire to work as a standout colleague are a must
• Prior experience diagnosing complex issues at the intersection of hardware and software is a plus!
• Wholistic thinker who considers trade-offs between functional, power and performance criteria's
• Background with lab equipment like logic analyzers, oscilloscopes etc. is helpful
