[Remote] Clinical Recruiter

They are seeking a dynamic High Volume Clinical Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for clinical hourly positions, ensuring timely and high-quality hires in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for clinical hourly positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers
- Efficiently handle a large number of requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality hires to meet staffing needs
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings and interview to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and culture fit
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time effectively to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
- Manage and implement best practices in talent acquisition to ensure high-quality hires that align with organizational standards
- Partner with hiring leaders and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provided an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a professional demeanor
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring leaders on best practices for interview, candidate selection and market trends
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully filling clinical hourly positions on a high-volume basis
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract and engage talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
